At Iberotel Palace, our teams acted swiftly when a swan with a broken wing fell on the beach. Thanks to the vigilance of our Guest Relation Manager and the prompt support of the South Sinai National Reserves Division, the swan was safely transferred to a specialized medical team for treatment.
